ya man i voted New Hampshire, but i'm also pretty certain it was upstate New York.

It was new hapmshire in 1981 by a guy whose name was...uh dammit it sounded like bob long i think the first time i saw it but i cant remeber him now (i know it wasnt bob long though-something like that) def nh
