90% of the time ocking problem are due to lack of gas pressure be sure you have a full c02 / nitro if you know it's full check your striker o-ring... this is the second most major cause of recocking problems if the striker and o-ring looks ok the next thing to check is if the velocity is too high or too low they can cause recocking problems otherwise if none of these are the cause check pressure coming out of any regulator.... regulators if turned down too low can cause recoking problems.

I noticed in your sig it says custom trigger job if the gun is sputtering (farting aka run on) the sear could be positioned too low causing the striker not to catch the sear therefore flying forward trying to fire continuously...

if you haven't changed your settings.....and now it is sputtering.....check your filter.....kingman put a filter in line on the shutters.....it is between the regulator and the hose fitting.....if it is clogged it can restrict the flow....clean it...or better yet just take it out....
Just one more thing to check out.....

Along with what Phaelon said about your regulator being too low, if you have an aftermarket regulator, it may need some time be become broken in and work correctly. I had my gun set up exactly the same as i had it last year, then i added the regulator and it would not recock at any pressure, then i just kept it aired up and tried to used it a while and it started to work and has worked fine ever since. It just took some time for the regulator to become broken in.

Don't use the barrel plug o-rings, they aren't the same, and they get pretty chewed up by taking the barrel plug in and out .
Also the larger red orings are the sriker orings, and the smaller black ones are the bolt orings. You should use the correct orings but if they work i'd only use them untill your get the correct ones.
