http://www.xpaintball.com has a Java 48ci/4500psi nitro tank. it doesnt say it in the description but from the pic it looks like it's fiber wrapped.

That tank is awesome! Ive been looking (well not very hard) for a 48ci fiber wrapped tank for a while. Im very into a very light very small setup, and so far i have acheived it. My freinds who shoot similar guns are amazed. I have to update my sig. You could literally forget your holding my gun.
