hrmm..under 55.....well Marbs are 58...is that oK? Personally...Marbalizer or All Star are the best you can buy. Consistancy, accuracy, and looks are all in these two paintballs.

hrmm..then i'd have to go with RPS Premium Gold. Good quality and can be used with a wide variety of barrels.

cheaper than PMI Gold in PMI premium, they're the same size as Gold and cost a bit less. I've had some problems with the premium, but they were more Gun related than paint related.

for a JJ Ceramic, which i have, i shoot small bore paint like Marbalizer, ALl Star, and Hellfire. They are a REALy good paint/bore match.

i guess i might as well go marbs, except my gun is high pressure, and ill be using a bigshot... humidity up here should deal with that though right??

even though Marbs are on the small side, they are still a good paint/bore match with Big shot barrel b/c the JJ Ceramic is on the bigger end of the small bore barrels.

Yeah marbs have a great match with a J&J.
MArbs are like $70 a local store. But like 55-65 online.

Beware online prices, you still have to add shipping and handling charges which can push the price up an extra $15 to $25 bucks. I ordered some PMI Premium from BBT, by the time they added shipping charges, it was only $3.35 less than local store had them for. Plus, depending on where you live, you may have to pay sales tax on it too, and a Walk-on fee if your local field insists on players only using their field paint.

I was going to half a case of paint with a buddy of mine. I figured it out how much it would cost us.
Paint: $55
Shipping $15
Tax: $ 4.20 (was ordering from instate store)
Walk on fee $20 ($10 for each of us to bring the paint on the field).
So that's $94. It would cost us $73 and some change to buy the same paint at the field. The case is cheaper online, but then you pay all the extra charges ... that's what pisses me off. And then the field is gonna charge me $10 bucks just to bring it. Tell me some field owners are making a killing!!
Still, there's those people who swear they're getting off cheaper buying online, yeah, right, maybe if the case is like $25 bucks. BRASS EAGLES ANYONE???

paint at my field is diablo.. they have blaze for 57...
The best balls for the money have to be Marabalizers....they are expensive but not having to squegee your gun all the time is worth the extra money. The paintballs you get should really depend on your barrel. With a flatline you need to use smaller paintballs such as marbalizers. I personally like 32 team colors, they work great with my Taso Eliminator barrel and they are cheap. 50 bucks for 2000 isn't that bad.

Well the one field owner gets paint at dealer cost, and guns at his pro shop dealer cost. One good thing is our play is playing under his pro shop so we get our gear at dealer cost plus 20 bucks. Our paint is his cost.So thats cool .

The only Factory Seconds I've used are Diablo Rec Ball, which I was told on good authority was Diablo Hellfire or Inferno, but which I later learned was Diablo Blaze.
They worked pretty good. Some were dimpled, but not many. The main defect, as far as I could tell, a few balls had brittle shells and the dye used in the dark half of the shell had smudged unto the lighter half of the shell. Out of a case of 2000, only three barrel breaks. I did find three balls that looked like they were trying to mate (don't ask, Don't Tell).
I paid $55 (shipping included) from 800Paintball.
But, I prefer Marbalizers.
I want to try JAVA Supremes; Kicking Metallix and either Hellfire or Inferno (the one that DOES NOT have the brittle shell).

Well muck i mostly use inferno, but i did get hold of 1000 rounds of factory 2nds,not sure of the name.I got them in a rec game when i was low on paint. The frist 20 out my gun was ok then,i started spray painting everything. It was a on going thing for a bit.I gave it too my friends son to shoot for fun cause 10 year old kids just like to blast paint.

Yeah Creek, I try to avoid Seconds and Brass Eagle. The Rec Balls weren't that bad, but now that I know they are seconds, i won't try them again. I'm sitting out the next couple of weeks, that should give me time to restock my paint supply. I'm down to one bag ... I feel major stress and aggression creeping up ... I need at least two cases, purely for Therapeutic purposes.
