the new pmi 4500 ci tanks, pms microreg 4500 ci tanks, centerflag presets 4500 ci tanks... are pretty much the best out there.... there all competively priced, and all within the same price range...

what about crossfires. they cost less (at least where i'm looking. are they up to par with the pure energy's and the me'lee's.
what about nitro duck, what about 32 degrees, and so on and so forth.
i'm new to the HPA universe and want to hear anything anyone has to tell.

coming out later this year, should be the new crossfire 4500 series... its similar to the pure enrgy design... i just don't kno when that comes out... 32 degrees tanks are good for timmy because their output pressure is somewhere 600 psi... not good for angels since... angels need an output of 750 psi to 850 psi.... melees are nice to... but theres soo many parts in that regulator... and if something breaks... you're screwed for two weeks... the time it takes to get it fixed... if you go air america.... buy the geddon and apocalypse... pms microreg is aka as nitroduck.... there good too...

3k psi Crossfires all the way! I've said it before, and I'll say it again..they have barely ANY shootdown, check http://www.paintballchannel.com and watch the vid on crossfire tanks, the one being used is a 3k tank. Now THAT's performance

pmi energy 3000 / 4500 series tanks, in combination with their pmi rail mount regulator will work the same as a geddon... with fewer parts....

no, if you get a geddon... all you do is unscrew the tank out... that is how the air system turns off... u could use slide check, or some kind of lever but it cost extra money.

Quite simply put the Pure Energy tanks are the best buy. Others might have a little better regulator or better shootdown but you also pay more for those tanks. I have not tried an ACI screw but I have not heard good stories on those either. I normally play with a nitro duck 68, but when I was in a bind I used a Pure Energy 48/3000psi. The tank worked flawlessly on my 2k1 autococker. I went out and bought one as my third tank (my back ups' back up). I like it and recommend it. I have used crossfires before, but I have had problems with them. They don't fell as well constructed. At least the steel tanks. Maybe I had a bad one? I just say what I know and what I have experienced.
