i was thinking of getting a rear cocking bolt for my new comapact 2000 and i was wondering how it would help?

rear cocking really doesn't affect performance. It's mostly for cosmetics. One upside though is that you dont have to worry about the cocking knob falling off. One thing you do have to get with a rear cocking knob is a beavertail. If you dont', you're gonna get whacked in teh goggles.

eh....if you want the best, go for the AKA Lightning bolt and the AkA cocking knob and beavertail. You wont regret it

yep no problem. THe good thing about the AKA bolt is taht it will deliver great performance for regular use And for Low pressure use.
