Buy your own suba tank and fill station. Fill that up once. Problem solved

Well, the fill station has guages on it, so you would be able to stop from filling past 3000psi, but the good thing is this. The Scuba tank only holds a maximum of 3000psi, and that is filled by the guy at the store. Therefore, if the scuba only has 3000psi, it becomes impossible for you to fill your nitro tank past 3000, and you cant blow it up even if you wanted to. It's actually very easy to fill the tanks, and for someone in your situation, I'd recomend it

Nitro is great... but u can still get the nice gun, just run it on CO2. I mean if i was in ur position i'd rather run my gun on CO2 then pay $600 for a fill station

Well, I'm assuming there is a place that has air compressors to fill to 3K psi (They are used in alot of industrial applications, not just paintball) so he'd have to look for a place like that, and then maybe drive a few hours.
