CO2 Tank

What is the best size tank for an avg user to use? I am prolly gonna get a 12oz. I live in NY, so the weather varies tremendously here. Also, if i plan on PBing like 5-6 times/year, should i empty my tank for the winter or keep it full (would that kill the seals?)

Well, it really depends on how much you play in 1 day, if the field you play at has CO2 fills, and how much you want to spend.

A 20 oz tank will average about 1400-1500 shots. So if you go through about that many rounds in a day I reccommend a 20 oz.

But if money is a issue and your field does have refills, maybe a 12 oz is okay too.


The seals wont break on your tank if you leave the gas in there. So it is fine to leave gas in there over the winter. You would probably want to change the oring regardless after a whole winter of not playing anyways.
