Hey everyone, would a .688 Dye aluminum and a .692 dye boomstick be enough barrels or should I get the Freak System.(I already have the Dye Aluminum .688)

i wouldn't get the Boomstick in a Large bore. Not many paints are in Large bore...get a small bore barrel instead so that you can shoot All stars and Hellfire.

There is something to be said for having different size barrels. Say you shoot a medium size paint like PMI Premium. You've got you're medium bore barrel and it works fine. But if you live in an area like here, that is dry most of the year, and then humid part of the year, you may also want to get a large bore barrel. Why? Cause when the humidity rises, it causes you paintballs to swell. Remember, the paintball shell is made of geletin, like on Tylenol GelCaps, so they absorb moisture. High Humidity = swollen balls. Then, if you put those swollen balls in your medium bore barrel, you'll probably get a lot of breaks.

It's amazing I was able to keep on that tangent without the OLD TIMER'S kicking in ... :p
