MOD.'s?

How do you decide who is to be mod? do you do it by status or who has been here the longest? Did people really get to vote? Some people who are really smart (not me) just havn't been here very long.

How do you decide?

When will be the next group voted in? I think people on the site should get to vote.

As you can see I've not been here for a super long time nor do I have a high post count. What I do have is a large knowledge about paintball. I help as much as I can and temper my replies with intelligence and common sense. Andrew makes the ultimate decision as to who is a mod therefore only he knows when or if there will be new mods added.
