I can't get my Twister to fire over 225 fps. I've tried adjusting the HPR reg, it up'd it a little, but past 350psi it doesn't seem to make any difference. I upped the AOC as high as 120psi. I'ved lubed everything. I set the dwell at the highest setting. I'm using CO2 with an anti-siphon tank. Any suggestions would be wellcome.

try turning your reg way down, then bring it back up slowly while firing over the crono, too high of a pressure will make low fps as well.

Thanks Me262,
I tried your suggestion. It helped alittle. I turned it way down and slowly brought it up. I got to about 245psi , then it actually started to drop like you said. Another thing I noticed is when it's shooting low, when I turn off the CO2 I get one or two more shots befors the it stops. When it's shooting higher , I get 7 or 8 shots before it stops. THis happens w/o even changing the reg settings. Bad reg maybe ?

sounds very likely, try a different one if you got one. it sounds like the seat has gotten the usual bur on it and is sticking i its bore.
basicly time for a new reg, its possible to rebuild it and fix it, but for the time and effort its better to just get a good one.
