you dont want a pmi piranha pro i just had one it was black and it looks awsome but even with nitrogen and a smart parts all american i had on it with th e right paint it does not shoot very good and the price makes that a lowze deal trust me i take great care of my guns and my spyder classic shoots just as good and is a hell of a lot cheaper for the price of the pro get a cocker or a mag i now there a bit more or in some casses a lot more but the wait is worth it or just get a lower end spyder or piranha

For the price range, what it will do, and how well it shoots. it is an awesome gun, and totally welcome to my collection.

That'd be my complaint. I've never fired the EM1 before, but what the hell kind of idiot designs an electronic marker with a single trigger?

EM1 engineer- "Ok guys, we've made a gun with the capability to shoot as fast as any other electronic marker out there, BUT we decided to make the trigger a single trigger, so that it will be very difficult for anyone to take advantage of the guns capabilities"

Hmm, I just realized almost everyone said angel as their dream setup. It's a sweet *** gun, but I wouldnt say it's the best for you, before you try it. All guns have very different feels to em, and though being a good gun, you may not like the feel, or the balance of it. Sure the shocker is a good gun, but for me the balance is so twisted I just dont like it at all. Some people really like the side to side movement on a bushy, and would consider that's a bonus, while you're reading it as a negative in a review and assume it's a bad thing before you try it. Try before you decide what's the best. And how come nobody said rainmaker for dream gun? :P

I've owned 7 Rainmakers. Modified and sold them all. GREAT gun for the price, just not so 100% impressed with it stock.. needs a metal trigger shoe, action could be a little less of a pull (both easily fixable!!! i've done it) ICE box is a great mod to it.. hehe the list goes on.. great gun vs price.. hehe

Yep rich, and god if I dont love my gun :). The rainmaker actually aint bad from what I hear, just problematic, so if you're mechanically inclined, I suppose you could really get to like one

Mine had 2 problems, which after reading Ronin's remarks (www.roninpb.com) i'm guessing it was problematic in a series of guns they produced, and has now since been fixed but sill giving them a bad merit warning..

The 2 problems i had,

1: Double and Tripple loading (ball detent needed some work) if your a PB'er and can't fix this, get help..

2: LOW FPS, a simple trimming of the valve spring solved this issue

Mods i did to the guns : take OLD NON Select Fire Board, and replace to a Select fire board. Much better.

Replace OEM Regulator with an ICEBOX and any other brand of regulator that is adjustable.

Myself, I stand by my belief that all electros should come stock with a double trigger. What i dont get, is when companies like KingMan put a double trigger on their Spyder, because they know it helps you shoot fast, then design a faster shooting gun without a double trigger. It boggles the mind

Nah, I've found that a double trigger is alot faster, and the grip i use (Middle finger/ring finger) gives me one fast as hell ROF in semi, so , How I would get my ring finger involved if I had a single trigger, my knuckles hurt just thinking about havin to bend like that

I tend to find myself using Ring, pinky for grip. Index for anchoring on top of trigger rail, and middle for trigger when rapid firing..

i get a more stable ring of shots that way... personal prefference i guess

How can your dream gun be a spyfer? That just seems silly to me. Well heres my dream setup-

Tricked minicocker with custom milling and ano with an electro conversion that doesnt add a ton of crap to the gun. Along with AKA lightening bolt, tornado valve, sto ram, shocktech 3-way, plamers micro rock, kapp fx beavertail, 3-set screw 45 frame, equalizer roller sear, aka old style trigger plate, dye stickies, extrnal velocity adjuster, whie body with blue accessories.
