i was thinking about polishing my internals but i have no clue how to. can anyone explain how to do it? thanks

thanks that helps allot. it seems easy to do so i think i'll try it. john i think that it makes the performance allot smoother. cause the internals are pretty rough. but i don't know i could be wrong.
