which Electro should I buy?

I have two grand to spend on a paintball gun.Any advice about upgrades I could make to that gun is welcome.

I can honestly say the Shocker. Very Very nice. I would recommend the eclipse shocker. Impossible to chop a ball, excellent long-ball. I've seen it put paint on paint!Awesome milling and coloring, and max-flow is in front of trigger, not underneath grip(so you don't land on it).

if you got 2 grand id suggest all of those except the impulse and the bushy. all of those are good but it comes down to a personal preference. the angle can shoot fast, the shocker accurate, the emag is small and fast, and the timmy is somewhere in betwenn all of those. id go with the one you the player feels most comfortable walking around on the field with.

most of the guns out their are very good stock. shocker, timmy, impulse needs special kind grease to clean it, angels are like two drops of oil, every couple of weeks/ or one month. bushmaster, defiant, em1, matrix, excalibur, and e-mag/ micro e-mag needs a couple drops of oil, after you clean it. modifications if you only use one type of paint, get one barrel, but if you different types of paint, get a barrel set. excalibur is new, not many mods needed. matrix, is the rock mod (i've seen alot of them), bushmaster, defiant, em1 needs a more consistent regulator. e-mag, micro e-mag, angel, shocker, is great stock - everything else added is more looks than performance. timmies well free lp mod, low rise, delrin bolt, and an adjustable tank.

and then there are custom guns like eclipse shocker, eclipse bushmaster, freak factory impulse, 2k1 v2 dark angel, 2k1 impact angel, 2k1 adrenaline angel, 2k1 cobra angel, 2k1 cobra mamba angel, 2k1 rock angel (sold out), 2k1 v2 fly angel (coming soon), pro-team micro e-mag, bob long ripper milled timmy (very nice, currently very hard to find).

for 2 grand, anything you want... its your money.

At that price I would get a Cobra, Adrenalin, or Element Angel. Or a Freak Factory Impulse.

If you ask me which marker I prefer, I would have to say the Shocker (I'm a little partial, this is my 2nd Shocker). However, I would recommend trying out each of the paintball markers listed above and see which one you feel most comfortable with.

If you have two grand go with a Timmy or an Angel. Thats going to have everything you'll need for tourny play. When I buy stuff I get it to last. I bought my GT Performer bike and that thing lasts no matter what is done to it. I am going to buy an Intimidator because I want it to last me the long time. You don't really want to get anything below Matrix(very nice too). Get the Intimidator or the Angel. If you still have money after anygun you get make sure to get a FREAK system. Very nice for tourny play with different conditions on circuts.

Well, picture this-
Intimidator
Freak barrel kit
Max Flo, AIR, 'Geddon, something like that
anything else you want to put on it

This gun would- Be very fast - Never break paint - put the paint where you're aiming it - fit any paint - look awesome. Basically everything you look for. If you like the feel of the Intimidator, it would just about be the perfect gun. If you don't, then it wouldn't be perfect for you, but it would still be a cast-iron mother to go up against.

And Bob would replace anything that broke without question. I've heard of people fudging up their valves completely their own fault, and havin Bob send em a new set for free. I personaly asked for Cup seals, with no problems with mine (I like to have a few just in case) and I was willing to pay. Not only was it free, but they also paid for the postage (california to Canada). I was pretty happy about this, till I opened up the package they'd sent and found

3 of every o-ring in the gun
3 cup seals
complete replacement screw set

Didnt even ask for that stuff and they sent it, great guys. And the gun just plain kicks buttocks :)

I highly suggest the Excalibur. It has a lifetime warranty, is low pressure, it stops on balls instead of chopping them, highly efficient, closed bolt, accurate, the stock barrel is classified as aftermarket quality, has great customer service and is probably not like anything you've ever shot. They are limited production guns so not everyone and their kid brother has one. It's semi only so there's no problem with the upcoming tournament rulings.

i would go with the matrix, just as good as any angle and at half the cost you can use the money you save to get every modification you wanted for the matrix. then you could use the rest of the money to get another marker, well maybe if you spend your money right.......

dont let use change your mind though, it is your money do what you want with it, after all your the one that will be shooting the marker not us..... :)
