i was gonna sell my spyder se but decided to keep it. i couldnt close an auction at paintballonline.com and the winner said i won the gun ill sne dyou 175 for it. i said its not foir sale, no one was bidding and i couldnt delete auction so im sorry. then he said hed sure me and call a lawyer and throw me in jail. i said its not legally nidgin contract- no signatures. he said bunch of swears. am i in any trouble other than neg feedback?

your in no trouble what so ever i think. in an online auction most places have a very small diclaimer at the bottom of a page that basically says the seller has the right to close the auction at any time you want. im future, just bid on your own item untill the other guy gives up. put like a max bid of 1000$ or something hehe.

actually to tell u the truth not to scare u or anything but he is right where learning about this in buisiness and law but i doubt hell do anything and he did say bad things to u who care dont worry bout it

Firstly you cannot go to jail for 175 dollars. The most you could be guilty of is breech of contract. Since the amount is so low, there could only be compensation in terms of damages. I highly doubt someone would file a case over 175 dollars.
You're in the clear. You made a mistake in that you couldn't figure out how to close the auction... A Judge wouldn't do anything to you.. you might have to pay 1 dollar.

yea just do what that guy said keep raising ur auction until that guy sells out

its over but next time i will. thanks. that guy was real a$$hole about it. he was acting like it was an angle or something. it was a spyder!
