stripped screw

i was fixing my ball latch thing and when i took my drop forward off the longer screw was striped at the top so i cant screw it back in now! what should i do i have a big game on saturday

you could also take some duct tape, and tape your front grip on, if you tighten the rest of the screws it will hold tightly, if still a bit ghetto looking :)
