Anti-Siphon Installation

Okay, I picked up a anti-siphon for my pin valve 20 oz the other day. How do I get the dang top off that 20 oz. It's rounded so wrenches and pliars can't get a grip on it! Any help would be appreciated! Thanx!

ya seen that craftsman strap wrench. that thing works great or any other strap wrench. but you can put the tank in a vice and use pliers on the valve but it will marr up your tank
