Well i had a Lapco Bigshot for about 3 months now... and i traded it to a friend with a spyder for a Regulator, fair deal in my opinion. No I liked the lapco, but it wasn't that great, it had good accuracy though. I'm wondering what barrel would you guys think would fit me right... i am looking at the PMI Razzor barrel, it is supposidly similar to the Boomstick in performance only half the price, around 65$ at http://www.stalkerpb.com, it's a two piece and is made by PMI who makes quality products... but i have heard nothing about this barrel ANYWHERE! i looked into several other barrels to... Dye Aluminum, Smart Parts Teardrop & All American, and 32 Degrees Nyte Stick & Terminators, as well as the Custom Products barrels... i usually shoot PMI/RPS Premium paint fresh, or 32 Degrees Team Colors, i play a Mid-Front role on the field, and i have a STS G2 with a regulator and a 9v revy, Any Ideas on which barrel... my price range is anything under 70

when i said i traded my barrel to a friend with a spyder for a regulator i ment that my friend had a spyder, not that i gave him a barrel and a spyder, that would be plain stupid

Ok...
Anyways, I spent 60 bucks on my CP barrel, and when I first took it to use, I was putting fresh Marbs through it. I hated it, none of the balls were accurate, no breaks though. But, then I started playing indoor (curse michigan weather!!) and the field paint was medium bore, and I fell in love with it. Not one break, quiet, accurate, and very consistent. I used to think I just spen 60 bucks on a hunk of metal with a hole in it, but now, it's like an extension of my arm. So, just goes to show, the key to barrel shopping, is paint/bore match up!

hrmm for under 70 dollars you ahve a wide variety of barrels. You have the Lapco Big Shot and the Autospirit, which go for 50 dollars. For about the same price, you can get a J and J Ceramic coated barrel. ALso, you can get the Custom Products barrel for 50. What Littlefishie is saying is correct. I have a J&J Ceramic barrel. I used some Med. bore paint...but it was horrible..i was breaking paint everywhere. Then i took a mix of Marbs and Hellfire..and this thing was accurate. If you shoot med. bore paint, get a medium bore barrel.
