I'm going to take out the trigger pin, and i've heard if you don't take it out on the right side you could damage the gun. Well, the trigger pin isn't grooved or marked on either side on the JT 4.0, so I was wondering if there was any way to tell what side to punch out (if it was the side that says "press for safe" or not).
any help is appreciated
thanks

It is grooved, just on the inside. Be very careful when punching it out, because you might learn that hard way it's not cool to scratch up your frame:( :( :( :bawling: . I learned this the hard way. I believe you punch it out from push safe side, same as the silver valve pin thingy that's in the center of your gun...so it comes out the other side, that doesn't have the push safe writing (actually my writing got wiped off because paint got on it and for some reason it just smudged off) . Well your Jt might be diff, but that's the side my pins were punched from.
