Freak Length

I'm thinking about getting a freak for my impulse.

I need to know what size insert for the undertow (usually .89 paintballs) And what front length is best for speedball

I am thinking of only going with 1 front 1 back and 1 insert

691 (Green) Insert.

go for a 14 inch front, but if you can get the all american front, not the freak one, as it is slightly better
