Starting a pball feild to the public and making em!!!

me and my friends have the only real place out here in nevada and it's gettin old. WE want more people. so anyway the closest real place is like 40 miles away and we have our place but we just want more peeps. So we want to make our own place and sell stuff and open it to the public. so anyway we wanna buy a lot and make everything ourselves and then when we have enough money buy like pballs for sale and stuff like that. So my question is is this easy a good idea and any owners for suggestions? thanks

This not easy. The main thing you need to worry about is insurance. If you are opening a field and people are playing on it you are liable for them. So insurance is going to be expensive.

Then if you want to sell stuff, you need to buy it first.

Basically its all about money. If you got it, theres no problem. If you have a business liscence you can set up a wholesale account with I&I.
