I am ready to by myself a new Shutter or TL+, I haven't decided yet, but I've heard that ordering online is real dangerous. You never know what kind of item your going to get, whether it works or there is some flaw whith it. I wanna order my gun online but I'm not sure if it is safe. If you've had previous experiences with online ordering explain what happened.

Well when oredering online the companies buy them in large quantities and never take them out of the box to inspect them. While a local pb shop opens the gun and sees if every thing is fine, also they tighten the bolts. Online companies don't do that they leave it up to you. When you order a gun online just open it and put it back together tighter cause sometimes when it comes out of the factory its still a little loose and it could loosen up and fall apart if you dont address the problem. Also just make sure you oil everything before you even do anything with otherwise you could grind up the insides and thats not always good now is it.
Also take a look at the Xtra, its a pretty sweet gun. My friend has it and he loves it. He just a bigger X-chamber on it and a new bolt. The Xtra with some upgrades is still cheaper than the stock shutter.
Good Luck

Maybe ordering online would be a problem if your ordering stuff from some kid in his basement. Look at the sites, and you can tell if they are reputable (i.e. shop4paintball.com, paintballgear.com, 888paintball.com, skanline.com). Make sure you read the ordering information and the return policy at the different sites. I've ordered stuff from shop4paintball & skanline.com. I liked skanline because it was I got my stuff really quick. They are based out of California and have been doing paintball stuff for a number of years. Shop4paintball was fine, but it took a while to get my stuff. All in all, I haven't had any problems ordering stuff online. I've always gotten what I asked for. They've never screwed up my order. As far as security, it wouldn't be any different if you called on the phone and gave the customer rep your credit card #. The sites I listed all have great encryption so it hampers the activity of hackers.

i get all of my stuff online. The only thing that has gone wrong was www.shop4paintball.com left out a barrel plug that was supposed to be in a package deal. Basically ended up costing me an extra $1.50. No biggy. Like some of the people said before, just order from a large company.
