Make sure the gun is turned on, the battery is good, all parts are properly attached, and the pressure is high enough. Also, if your tank has an on/off valve then it would need to be open, and you could check to make sure everything is connected inside the board/solenoid housing. Another problem could be that the solenoid is dirty (if you've used the gun before), but you may not want to check that yourself. There is a troubleshooting guide on the back of the owner's manual. Check that.
Basically check:
pressure
power (battery and switch)
parts (all connected and screwed in, connecting pin in correct place, bolt right side up, etc.)
connections (electronics and co2)
owner's manual
If you still can't figure it out then call Smart Parts, or take it to a paintball store or something and have them look at it.

Oh, I have a question. Your serial # is later than mine. Mine is 5188. Did your gun come with a Teardrop barrel? I thought they were supposed to have a Progressive barrel, but mine has a Teardrop.

Jester if the reg is not showing pressure,Try the tank on another marker if you can.I once fill one of my bottles too full and the pin valve wouldn't open.I had to crack the tank brst disk cap for a few mins to relve pressure some. Then it worked fine.

My friend had a problme like your where his cocker was barely getting any air with his tank. He took it to the shop and the pin vqlve on the tank and the asa couldnt be used together because the pin was being pushed in far enough to let the air out right.
