I've got a question about variations between different Spyder. I own a Compact 2-in-1 Java, and it works well. I've been upgrading it mainly externally (barrel, grips, revvy), but I was planning on giving it some internal mods (trigger job, polishing the internals, etc.) I've been confused about one thing though. I have NEVER seen a tricked out compact spyder. They just don't seem to exist. I only see highly upgraded shutters, TLs, etc. So my question is: Is there some difference in the internals of a compact versus the internals of a TL or shutter? Do they have any different parts? Did Kingman have to decrease performance on the compact to make it smaller? Is it possible to make a compact a relatively nice gun as some people have made their spyders, or is it limited by the fact that it's a compact? (ok, so that was more than one question) I'd appreciate any help. Thanks
