Total Ownage

I, a newbie, had played paintball maybe 3-4 times with a group of about 10-12 people, mostly newbies, each time at a local paintball "field" (if u want to call it that, it was actually just a P.O.S. warehouse). Anyhow, no one really knew what the hell to do in the rounds except hide and shoot people that walked by. We would play capture the flag and eliminate the other team, but all rounds would run out of time because no one had the balls to get up from his hiding place and shoot anyone. So, on my friend's birthday we got a bunch of people together to go for a birthday party. We even insisted that the parents come so that "we could waste them," thinking that 3-4 times playing was enough to own anyone. So, we get there, play a couple of rounds of elimination, and then change to capture the flag. We decide this is the round (kids vs. parents) to kicks their asses. Hehe, wrong! The round starts, we see a mob of their whole team rushing us hard, and they take the flag and score. Every one of our guys got shot at least 2 times and none of them got marked. Their bull-rushing tactic set up the ref to say "that was the fastest round of capture the flag I have ever seen, even after running this place for 5 years." The round had lasted a humiliating 20 seconds and my friends and I were hounded the rest of the day by the now jubilant adults. :(

heh .good thing u had all newbies playing. if i went to my local field, and i started to rush with a group of people, we'd be massacred. all those angels and bushies and shockers and mags and tippmanns with auto....they could definetely slaughter us. shoot. the place i go to, in the woods play...full auto is allowed. so we would be *DEAD* if we tried dat.
