Helz yeah, tricke dout shutter, jsut ordere my lp system and dorp forward, nmy shutters gotta be worth bout 600 dolars now, it kicks ***. Thats one good thing about shutters, u can take a cheap blow back gun and turn it into ne thing u want. I onyl go t two more things before my gun will be absolutly set, nitro, and the elcd trigger

I just got a Shutter too. Still stock cept for barrel. I had some left over cash for a bigshot. And it has a remote system, if you wanna count that as a non-stock feature.

No effense but I don't like Spyders. Infact I used to and now tottaly dislike them. No effense to you Spyder lovers out there but they are the prisiest, shiniest pieces of have to fix right away guns. My friend has an SE which is hard to take apart and couldn't get it below 300 fps the first time because the spring was too long. The way to take the gun apart its no wonder they call it The spyder "Special" Edition. The TL plus was the last one I had respect for because of price and features. My friend got one and it wouldn't go below 300fps and it broke ever ball that came out of it. The expansion chamber for the gun broke the second day he used it and it is only a hallow tube! I am a little miffed about all paintball guns at the moment except a few. Don't get me wrong though I think they are great starter guns. I would rather have an M98 only because it won't give you as mutch trouble out of the box. I say anybody who owns a Cocker, or Shocker is a happy camper because they will never let you down in performance. You may have to pay a little more but you will want one eventualy.

For KallenP, one big reason spyder/piranha lovers buy spyders/prianhas is that Upgrading and tricking them out is half the fun! If you wanna get a gun and not trick it out with some cool mods then you probably shouldnt have gotten into paintball int the first place. Buy a low-end spyder since its got a decent body and not half bad price, then do whatever! I mean, how many people do you see that buy guns and say "I love all these stock parts!!"

BOUGHT A BLUE SPYDER SHUTTER JUST THE OTHER DAY. HAD TO FIRE IT IN MY FRONT YARD SINCE IT WAS TRASH DAY/NIGHT. THOUGHT I WOULD TEST MY SKILLS. I here you. Some bad expeirince with two Spyders and you dont like them. I cant blame you there except to say those are exceptions not the norm. I have a Spyder Shutter that has been nothing but accurate and dependable.I have many friends that have like every model Kingamn makes and they all are about the same. Paint like a charm.

I hear everyone say how great autocockers are.I have shot my friends gun and yes it is a good gun, but not that much better than my Shutter. A little more accurate( maybe), faster(just as much getting good with your gun as the gun itself I think), quieter, yes all Spyders are louder than a cocker. IS the autococker worth $150+ more than my gun. I dont think so.Even if I had the money to buy an autococker I wouldnt want one for one main reason. Simplicity. My Shutter is simple to work on/clean/and take apart.Its about as bullet proof as you can get.I can do anything I need to my gun.Lets see you take an autococker apart in the feild and clean it out. Ill have my shutter clean and back together, while your looking for tools and parts.

Tell me is your gun setup with low pressure? How low is your pressure setup to? What changes did you see in accuraciy? I would relly like to hear about you guys experince with low pressure Spyder.

my gun runs at 260 psi at 275 fps. Accuracy wise, my accuracy went up a bit. I could tell because the balls went straighter and did not curve a bit. It is expensive to go low pressure, but it is worth it.

Just ordered my Spyder Xtra last week. It's a great gun, like no ball breakage with fast shooting, and actually very accurate for a stock barrel. I soon hope to trick it out, maybe when my grandparents gimme like 300 for christmas...anywayz, i am gonna get a 14"dye aluminum, force III cyclone rear cocking bolt, and dye stickies, those will be my first 3 upgrades, not bad...

I own a Spyder Compact 2K, with venturi bolt, 6 stage exp chamber, bottomline, RAS DF, groovy VL elbow, Armson Stealth barrel and Stainless steel for hose, with quick disconnect, I liked it alot when i used it, but for the time being it sits in my closet. Only thing I dont like about the spyders is they're so plain looking, just 2 tubes on top of each other for a body kinda irks me, still it's one of the better looking blowbacks

I want a 6 stage expansion chamber and one of those drop forwards/stock but I can't seem to find one anywhere. All I can find are the gas thru stocks.

Anyway I love the TL +!!! The accuracy sucked but after changing the barrel, I can lay balls on top of each other. $35 mod and I now have a good gun.

I have a spyder SE wit a All American barrel on it and I usally shoot Big Ball the gun is awsome it is accurate pretty light and it is very reliable you made a good desion buy geeting a spyder.

i have a red shutter with remote and a dye boomstick and a pmi perfect barrel and a shure shot red dot site a lot of people say they suck but i really like mine the only problem i had was it wouldn't chrono past 250 fps but i just got long screw that fit the vlocity adjuster threds and i screwed it way down and now it works fine

i dont play with it any more though because i got a automag rt pro with pro dot sight all american barrel warp feed and 68 ci 3000 psi flatline n2 tank i like the mag way better but the shutter was the best gun i have ever used for 200$
i would reccomend it to anyone it really doesn't suck now i am selling it for 250$ with a mask and some paintballs my email is sawtan_the_great@altavista.com

p.s. it comes with more than just paint and a mask i will also be selling these things with it:pmi perfect barrel,jt 2 piece barrel(just like a boomstick),a 12 and 16oz co2 tank,remote system,trigger job,and when i said some paintballs i meant 500 diablo midnight and 100 viewloader, and the mask is JT

dye xcel makes a fine barrel...cp is also something to look at....if you don't mind a little louder barrel then go with lapco for sure....

well I have many spyders one of which is a 2n1. I can tell you when you up grade your barrel buy a 32 degrees terminator. It out preforms every other barrel i owned. These included a boom stick a j&j ceramic and smart parts stainless. This little barrel comes in 10"12"14"AND 16" from http://www.888paintball it is only 36.88 for anylenght. I have sold the above barrels and replaced them with terminators. Second the expansion chamber will be a good upgrade as well as a regulator. The key to any paintgun is consistant air supply delivery. Going remote will help with this as well. This is how my 2n1 one is setup.
spyder 2n1$105* 10" terminator $37* spyder regulator kit$56* 32 degrees 6 stage expansion chamber in red and chrome$25*
Before all the other upgrades i had a stock 2n1 with a terminator it was as accurate as any outher gun i had better than most. Now with the regs and ex chamber it will out shoot my friends autococker (it annoys the hell out of him too )

I started with a SPyder Classic which was a great gun and now have an xtra which is probably the best gun Kingman has ever made(in my opinion). By the way the classic is for sale if anyones looking for a cheap gun. Spyders are great and I will play anybody with it. Doesn't matter if they have an angel or a talon a spyder will hold its own or beat it.
