32 degrees Rebel LE

I just purchased a 32 degrees Rebel LE, and im looking to purchase a new barrel but im not sure which one. I want a barrel in the $30-$70 range. I would like a barrel that has great accuracy, quiet, has more distance than stock, and wont chop paint easily. Thanks for any information.

If you are willing to pay 80 or so you can get a J&J two peice. If not then a J&J ceramic is an awesome barrel.
