I just got all my upgrades and I installed my expansion pack and PB dropfoward I used red loctite and my drop foward is leaking I'm not sure if its the 90 connector or the black screw thing but the point is its leaking. I will not use thread tape but other than that I'm open to suggestions.
How long did you let the loctite sit and dry after you installed it?

Only thing I could suggest is that you use either Teflon tape (yes, this stuff does work rather well, I use it instead of loctite personally) or re-loctite both of the fittings.
If you do know that those fittings are the part that's indeed leaking. It might be the tank O-ring or the hose itself, but just sounding like the fittings.
Also, what kind of hose, steal braided or macroline?

if you use it good and keep it neat dont have little stringy things hanging out. the loc tite is ok it just is a pain and if you need to tighten it more you have to take it out and reapply it but it doesnt matter

Teflon tape is amazing, it stops any air leak I could find when I re-installed my WGP regulator back in.

If you do tape right (how could you not?!) then its better than any loc-garbage. Loc-Tite is way to hard to get off in case you need to red something. Just get yourself a 3" piece of PTFE teflon thread seal tape, (facing the fitting) wrap in a clockwise direction and do it neatly to avoid the "stringy" things. I use PTFE tape and haven't had a leak since I got rid of that god-forsaken macroline!

I was under the impression that loc-tite stayed forever, while teflon tape wore down after a while.

There are different strengths of loc-tite which are visibly recognized by thier color. I think red is the permanent one while blue is the very weakest kind.
Teflon tape doesn't erode away when wrapped around your threads, plus it easily peels away when you want to disassemble your gun.
I highly suggest teflon tape, its cheap, very durable, and very sensible in stopping any air leak that appears.

Easily. When you wrap the tape around the threads, if you don't wrap it in the direction you screw the threads then it will drag backwards and unravel as you screw them in.

I live in Canada and for like 1000 metres of teflon tape, it cost me $0.75

Er...Teflon tape isn't actually tape...its a thread sealant, it just looks like tape, but its not adhesive. And ah duct tape is not at all suited to sealing high pressure gas lines.
Teflon tape does not waer away after a while, and it does come apart very easily if you want to change something. Sorry about not being clear before, you can do it wrong, but if you wrap it the right way then you'll be fine. Loc-tite would be fine if you use blue or yellow formula, but stay away from the red, that stuff has as death-grip on anything it comes into contact with...augh!
