so if i go low pressure all i gota do is slap in a regulator springkit new valve and that it?

-High flow bolt, AKA Lightning bolt suggested
-High flow valve, tornado valve by AKA is the only one I've heard of that works
-Reg, high flow preferred (like the mac dev gladiator)
-Sweet paint to barrel match with a low-porting barrel like the Lapco Bigshot
-Low pressure chamber
-Anti syphon tank or HPA/Nitro

so i just add all that stuff in my marker and its now lp

Well it's not like you put the last piece in and "wham!" it's low pressure. Each additions will help you drop the pressure a little bit, and each pressure drop must be controlled by your reg to get the right fps (the most important addition, in my opinion).
