I heard that if you set your LPR to around 220-230psi and leave your vert reg on 180psi, that your gas efficiency will go threw the roof? Im not saying that it will, it was just something i have heard and i wanted to check it out.

it's a LOW pressure reg, you put it on 230psi and you'll blow the hose right off that peice.....the lower your operating pressure, the less efficient....you want a combination of low pressure and efficiency....really low pressures are really inefficent...really high pressures won't be as consistent or fast....

Impossible.

The lpr cant make pressure, theres no way it can be set higher than the inline.

I think what he means is set your input to 220 and his LPR to 180 or less, this will give a major efficiency increase.

180? Pfft.

65-70 all the way. Bounces off balls, most effcient rat I've seen. (Or heard of)

Yeah that is what i meant.

So basically you will eliminate ball chop and boost your efficiency?

It wont chop paint. 60-70psi.

ImpYa- Exactly. My rat is (well, will be) the king of all rats.
