What does everyone know about the Diablo Pump, it has the best rating of all the pumps on the review page, and I have recently purchased one, however, nobody knows anything about it or sells it or sells anything for it. Even Diablo Direct, the supposed manufacturer, no longer carries the gun or any accessories to it...could I get some help with information on this gun?

I believe the diablo pump wasa Knock off of the aci maverick
or the traccer and is a nelson based pump and is also similar to the kingman hammer . the kingman hammer has a unique thread pattern were as the traccer and the maverick had barrels interchangeable with each other or aftermarket barrels compatible with both. Some models come with adjustable velocity which was adjusted by removig the barrel and screwing the ventui star shaped center in or out where as some model had no velocity adjustment at all. These pumps are somewhat out dated and few parts if any are available and maked good project guns I.E.-Pump Assist or other custom work.Thier lack of barrels makes them somewhat obsolete unless you get lucky enough to find a good paint match with your fields local paint.some models came equipped w/ an auto trigger I.E.-hold he trigger down and pump and the gun will fire at the end of the pump arm travel. Most of these pumps were fairly sturdy and were inevitably indestructable and given the right paint match were fairly accurate up to a range of about 25-30 yards.
