Pick me an Impy

I wanna buy an Impulse but I'm having a hard time finding out which one is better, for the money.:(
My two choices:

I really like #2 but it seems like you get more for your money with #1
Which one would you pick?

I believe you would get a lot more babng for your buck with Nasty's or Rats. They have the new Project Rat is only $600, and you can get a Nasty with a blade triggger for about that muhc also.

yeah....i wouldnt order ANY paintball gun online just because it is such a HUMUNGOUS pain in the arse if something goes wrong with it...and it might!..... so i would say CALL the people at www.e-paintballoutlet.com and SPEAK to them personally about exactly what you want and they can recommend a good setup! hope that helped......besides the tko is fugly......and that other one doesnt do it for me either:D

oh yeah..i forgot to add, here's the fatures of the tko with my comments denoted by *'s :
Gun Features:
Smart Parts 14 inch Smart Parts All American Barrel Anodized to match! *ok...ooking cool so far
Cut and Carved by the Freak Factory Team. * still looking ok....not to detailed but ok....
Blasted Fade Anodizing. *this goes with the previous one.....plain but ok
New 2001 All American barrel design with removable front that can be replaced with any freak barrel front. *wtf...why not just say that in the VERY first feature?
Vision Eye - Prevents chopped balls and misfires. *ok....so STILL why is it soo much $$
Maxflow Vertical Regulator. *DUH......every imp comes stock with max flo..and vert is like 20 bucks more
Macro-line bottom-line adapter. *omg..this is getting to be tooo much....they ALL come with macro line.....
Custom Trigger Work - Shortened pull with reduced slack. * doesnt look to shortened to me........

so in conclusion all you get is a pretty looking imp that will STILL give u 1st shot drop problems and will be a pain in the *** to get fixed.....i hate when companies try to make their guns look awesome by spreading out the features so the barrel counts as like 3 diferent features *not here but i've seen it before*......but i would say go with a customized imp from EPBO or a RAT from the aswell..i got my setup *gun only* for about 620 from them and i LOVE it!

What is "EPBO"? Is that a website or a place to call?

At the bottom are the Standard Impulse and Vision Impulse. Works great but like all factory guns, no thrills. Smart Parts has released some anodized Impulses but they were just stock guns with a “paint job”.
Next are the entry-level custom impulses. Here we have the Hotrod, Neurotic Sports Edition, TKO and 32 Degrees Impulses. They are nothing more than a stock Impulse with milling and anodizing. These are often found as package deals similar to an Ultimate package.
The middle level custom Impulse has some performance upgrades but has not been completely overhauled. Here we have the Eclipse and Meteor. Again these Impulses also have custom milling and anodizing.
A top-level custom Impulses has performance enhancing upgrades. These would be the Freak Factory, RATpulse, Toxic and Demonic Impulses. While still having a custom look through their milling and anodizing, the upgrade that are included in these Impulses are often sought after buy the owners of the Stock Impulses to try and gain performance while not shelling out the extra money associated with the custom milling and ano.

Get the freak factory impulse. ITs really nice, and looks really cool. It is direct from smart parts, so you get good customer service too.
