Dude, I e-mailed badlands about their Impulse + vertical max-flow, and he said it would cost me $790 + $15 shipping + GST.

Thats only $865 (approx), whereas those M.R. A$$ holes would charge me $795 + cost of vert max-flow (dunno how much) + GST and u know thats all going to be way over $865.

I think I will still just trade in my 98 towards an air system and trade my boomstick for an impulse thread.

I'll at least get something out of that P.O.S.

What you think? They are COD too, so I could get it soon... Hmmm...

Why buy the Impulse from badlands when Champions sells it for less? I think it's $629.95

Because I can't get ahold of them, their e-mail is down or something.

Their whole "Contact us" thing is not working. I probably would get it from them , but every time I try I get a 404 not found error. And manually typing in the supplied e-mail doesn't work either, I got it sent back to me.

ALSO, I am getting a vertical max-flow with it, and since I can't get ahold of champion I don't know if they have or will put on the vert max-flow.

Well, the Flash, Pyro and I are on the same team, and we are mostly in the practice stages. We plan on getting into tournaments once we all have tourny quality guns.

Pyro already has a Shocker, Flash is still undecided and I'm fairly certain on the impulse. I know its not the BEST money can buy, and if i don't want to eat this summer i could buy the best, but hey.. we get what we can afford.. hehe

But yeah, mosty for now we are into BIG games, like scenarios etc. Have some fun before we get seriously into tourneys.

Tell MR to Kiss your anal region and order the sucker when ever you feel like it from badlands....They are cheaper on almost everything...that champion one though is amazing...to bad you can't get ahold of them...anyways...yeah...call badlands and tell them to get one all nice and pretty for ya...definately a way better deal and then just use MR to get your air and barrel...

On the Road 2 Aruba tourney last Sunday, TONS of people had Impulses. They compared pretty well to the other guns there (defiants, tricked cockers..) Most people were running theirs on Co2 too

Yeah...but when you can run air...why not....not as many shots I know but alot cleaner and better for those types of guns...and being that I know he can afford air he might as well do it...but I see where you were going...definately a comparable gun at a resonable price.

By far the best prices I have seen in Canada would have to be...

http://www.Canadianpaintball.com

wicked prices.. But potentially be prepared to wait, possibly a long time...

So the prices are significantly lower than anywhere else I have seen in Canada.. But don't order from them if you have an important game or tourney coming up soon.. Because likely you'll have to end up playing with your old gun...

Speaking of which.. Paintball Mayhem is slower than molasses as well.. I ordered a 4+1 pack, a JT nVader mask and some PB gun oil over a month ago and still no goods...

The best experience I did have though was with Badlands.. I ordered a Spyder thread 14" CP barrel and I actually had it a couple of days later...

So sometimes I would rather pay a couple of extra $$ to have something in my hands early as opposed to waiting in purgatory for people to send me stuff they don't even have from their supplier yet.

Ax.

Ax, did you order something from them? If so, what was it and how long did it take? I just ordered a Millenium and new barrel. I ordered a gun from the Toronto badlands while I was in BC and the service was really good. If you live in the west coast, expect a wait of atleast three weeks for your item.
