i'm ready for the next step:how do you form a team please help me

i'm going to start a team already got some people but where to go next

gather these supplies:
one gallon of milk
aluminum foil
duct tape
old paintballs
and some tuna fish...

hehe, sorry couldn't resist. The best way to form a team is form one with your buddies, the ones you play paintball with every weekend, the ones you go to school with, hang out with, etc. These guys know you and know the way you play. My first time forming a team was with friends I knew for quite a while and played paintball with regularly. Guess what? The team ended up being a success...while I am no longer with them, the team is known as Villain, is sponsored, and kicks ***. After moving away from that team I decided to form another team with people I met. Unfortunately there wasn't that bond that was felt with my friends and the team fell apart. Luckily my newest team "Monkey Busniess" seems a little more sturdy and hopefully will make it.

Instead of looking for people with Angel LCDs, cockers, mags, etc look for people that are like you, people that love paintball. These are the people you want on your team. Having a team that gels is much more important than practice, guns, or money... Damn now I gave away my secret for a successful team...Good luck and don't forget the tuna fish ;)

what i did was gather 4 of my freinds, practiced every weekend, and somehow, we just ended up as Team Illusion..i donno..like he said...just gather some people that you regularly play with and ask them to be a team..thats what i did and since i've played with them alot, i know their playing styles, and they know mine, so it's like a jump start.

I remember these 11 year old kids at the feilds each had a Spyder and a 200 round hopper and were using 9 oz co2 these kids came up to me (i had an impulse then but was using someones angel) and asked if i wanted to be on their team. I asked why? and they said well you have an angel. I said so? they said well your good. I said why am i good? they said because you have an angel. I killed them true but that was because they were not as experienced and i was experienced (plus i know the feild like the back of my hand) I said to them play for a while then we will see. Now that team is kick *** (like 6 months later) and each player has either an angel or bm2k or shocker. The moral of the story is play for fun in tourneys doesnt matter how bad your guns are or how bad you suck you will get better and better

ya, im also trying to start a team. but like, after u practice for a couple of weekends, then wat do u do? i know u could always go to tourneys, but there are not any any time soon. and i already have the team.
