This thread is dedicated to stories about paintball. It doesn't matter if they are funny, sad, boring, etc.... Just write them down and share ur experiences. I'll start with the my funniest paintball experience.:D About 3 months ago me, and about 5 of my friends decided to attend a scenario game (only myself and my best friend owned our own equipment, the 4 others were newbies). This being our first scenario game we didn't know what to expect. We were kicking butt duging the day, but once night fell it was a new show. We started off running patrols around our base, and soon found that night play was a little big more difficult than day play. Anyways, after we got lit up about 3 times we decided to wait in ambush. So, we started to make our way up a drainage ditch that stretched along the entire field. After about 2 minutes of cautionsly moving up the ditch we heard a fire fight going on about 100 yards up. We sent my friend (this one is a noob) up to "investigate". Little did he know it was a suicide mission. If he came back 30 seconds later covered in paint then we would know those were n ot friendlies up there. So, naturally he comes running back about 30 seconds later covered in paint. Once he reaches us he figures they have stopped watching him so he pulls the barrel plug out of his gun, and starts to run across the ditch like a cheating bast***!! Well the second he does this the other team turns a flashlight on him, and he gets lit up like a christmas tree, again. By the way, the second the light is shone on him he trips, and faceplants in the ditch. The rest of my friends and I were cracking up. Anyways, thats my story. If you don't think it's funny then i guess you had to be there. :D

insurgent, that was a funny story, I'll try another amusing pb story.


My team and I went to the West Point game this year. It was hilly,rocky and swampy all at the same time. After getting our *** kicked by the blue team(germans), we, the red team(americans) had a huge re-insertion, and proceeded to drive the blues all the way across the field to their base. Of course this meant that they also had a huge re-insertion, and we got rolled back soon after. Well not long after they re-inserted, I got shot by about 20 different people at once. So I put in my barrel plug, raised my gun and watched the *** whooping that was going on. During the mass retreat that occured, I noticed a player from my team running for his life through the woods. Being slow and fat, he was in danger of being overtaken by the blue team. He made his way down into a gully, thinking to hide on the downside of the hill, but blues were comming that way too! When he hit the bottom of the hill he tripped over a fallen branch and fell face first into the swamp, I thought he was going to drown cus he didn't come up right away. Lucky for him he didn't, the Blue's that followed him went through while he was still under the muck of the swamp. they never saw him.

That would have been a great story for him to tell after the game, except he changed it a touch. He told the story that he DOVE into the swamp to throw the pursuit off his trail. After everyone congradulated him on his cunning, I told them the real story, how he "FELL" into the swamp, not "DOVE" in. We laughed at his swamp stanking *** for about 30 minutes.

That story is funny. It's amazing how much a perosn will lie to save their pride.
