Interesting. Does the paint from paintballgeek.com arrive in good condition? I ordered some el tigre from shop4paintball.com and about 1/8 of the balls had broken and there was paint everywhere, totally unsalvagable. Also, anyone else have an opinion?

Direct Hit is packaged with a lot of extra padding - no breakages from shipping.

Good paint too.

Try some.

The RPS Big Balls are a medium bore paint that works well in boomies. The paint fits in both .688 and .690 That is what I use and a $55-60 a case the price can't be beat.

Direct hit are not available in my area. I also do not order balls off of the internet. To risky. They might be be fantastic balls but I wouldn't know sorry. I know that Big Balls work well.

boomsticks come in small bore, just look around online for a paintball/barrel bore size chart and match paint size and barrel size
i recommend small bore paint, such as marbs or proball platinums

boomsticks are .688, they are not small bore, they are medium, plus marbs are medium bore paint

The two best paintballs for the boomer is either RPS Allstar or Marbs. I like allstar and also the new perfect paintballs called the Marbalizer Advantage rock. All you need is a .687 bore boomer because the new marbs are all .687. I was about 50 feet away and puting then in a 3-4 incha area on a tree with my angel. They rock man.

I still say the new Big Balls, they just recently switched from gelatin to starch, hmmmm exactly like marbs. By the way marbs are a small bore paint. The new Big Balls are in between small and medium bore making them a perfect match for boomies. I know, I use it. By the way, I live in Indianapolis. The field store that I go to only sells the big names in paint, that is why they don't sell Direct Hit. Not very popular here. 50% play with marbs 50% play with Big Balls.

If you select Marballizer, I reccommend El tigre for the Marballizer. It is the best fit.
