Got my new gun!! quick question

Wooohooooo, i just got my STS 3rd ed. Now i'm psyched! In everyone's experience do i need an expansion chamber for this gun or a siphon tank? I was looking into getting the ACI 6 chamber expansion, but PMI recommends getting a siphon. Any clues?

On a side note, i am considering either the PMI razzor or the Lapco Bigshot barrel. what do y'all think? the bigshot still isnt available from most shops right now, but not many have used the Razzor.

if you are going to get a higher end gun kinda soon-i would suggest a 48 ci 3000psi preset niutro tank form pmi. they are only 75 and you dont need an expansion chmaber. they keep your shots consistent and you dont need an x chamber. a good x chmaber will run you 50 plus 20 for tank, might as well go nitro for the consistency

so i need a x chamber AND a siphon? i thought they did the same thing in the long run - stop liquid CO2 from entering the gun

Also, i have the default STS. It has an X chamber, no?

i know the sts g2 does not have an x chmaber, so i doubt the sts would. i dont think the newer gun would have things taken out of it, but i am not sure

Always safer too do more when it comes to CO2 than too do less.

i'm getting my gun and i'm gonna run co2 it has an x chamber on it but people keep saying it doesn't work (do you know what gun i'm talking about now ) do i need a syphon tank too
