not much just one has the vertical regulator and one has the female regulator and the top one is 2 color fade

also if i get an impulse like the second one shown, will i be able to run CO2 without problems???

If not what would i need to do so that i can run it?

dyno, as long as you have anti siphon co2 you wont have any problems on any impulses.
