Hehehe, the venturi bolt is the thing that moves back and forth to let a paintball fall down and then blast out gas, it has a bunch of little holes on it and you can see it if you look down the barrel. Removing it depends on what gun your have, if you have a spyder \ pirahna, there is a pin on the back you can pull out and all the internals will come out along with the bolt. If you have a tippmann you can unscrew the two halves of the gun to get to it. I am guessing you don't have anything like a mag or cocker because this is such a newbie question, no offense.

A "Venturi" bolt has a lot of holes in the bolt face instead of just one big hole. Its also more cupped than a lot of standard bolts. The holes let the air puff all around the ball instead of just in the center. Many years ago it was found to be a great improvement on a markers accuracy. I personally think it still makes a difference in both accuracy and reliability. At least I have tried both Venturi and stock bolts and I did notice accuracy improvement over stock and fewer breaks in the barrel.
Now, this was with CO2 and I am told that with HPA it doesnt make as much difference.
