I have several ideas for use in paintball- adapters, barrels, vlves, and a completly new gun in general. I need to know- where should I sell these ideas? I'm sure I can't just call ACI and say," Let's set up a meeting- I have an idea."

Are you in school James Bond? If you are and have a shop teacher go see if he or you with his help can make some of his ideas so you then have a hard copy to show manufacturers.

Right now I am creating a knife handle of my design. Never before been made. After I am done, I might send a picture to Buck Knives. I am doing this in My engineering class. My teacher did the same thing and SOG bought his idea.

First you need to make models/schematics of your ideas, you need to find away to protect them so a company cant just screw you over and call it their own after you show it to them (if its good)

Poor man's Patent. Make the model and UPS it to yourself and DO NOT OPEN. If it ever goes to court, just show them the UNOPENED package and (since it's dated) you win. That means mucho dinero for you.

your eally wanna make sure you dont get srewed in this, cuz a good paintball product can bring in a lot of dough..especially if you get a company to buy it from you

I've been wondering this too, because I have some schematics drawn up on this closed bolt blow black and a full auto grip that runs on gas, thats what I do in class.

That was not cool, prOkchOp. That is exactly what I've been doing- A closed bolt gun- that has the same operation as a Stingray 2! I think I'll patent one, then I'll hook up with ACI- I think they'de be the best for it- if not, Tippmann. I trust them- they'll make it to last. I am 14- but my teachers won't do that kind of thing- they don't want to be liable. I trust few people around my inventions- all 35 of them. So- patent it- then look around. Thanks you guys- I need to do something with these.

I think you and I need to hook up- we can work out this closed-bolt gun, and I have an idea for a full-auto grip- but it is mechanical. Maybe we can become partners.
