Hahaha! My Stingray is INVINCIBLE!! After they drop the nukes, the 6-foot mutant cockroaches will still be able to play paintball with all the surviving Stingrays. A piddly little bit of RAIN can't hurt it. Hell, I've completely submerged it in a creek, and it worked fine afterwards.

I've played in the rain a few times, and It didn't seem to ruin the gun. I just cover the hole on the power feed so water doest get to the paintballs.

The only bad thing about playing in the rain is the temperture drop. I run Co2, so once it gets cold because of the rain, my gun shoots like crap!

rain kicks ***. nothing like standing in a down pour of freezing rain, motionless, just waiting for that perfect shot. "REAL" paintballers play in all weather. none of this indoor crap. PS try taking an auto cocker or an angel out into muddy feild conditions. no thanks. give me a 98 anyday! if you run out of paint you can always beat your opponent to death with it. INDESTRUCTABLE.

Weather, the great equalizer. It's only real when you're soaked, cold, miserable, and still loving it.

Totally Agree man. You are playing in the rain, soking wet, sick, cold, muddy, and having the time of your life! Thats when you know you found something you like. When you are in the worst conditons, and still happpy that you are doing it.

i have played once in the rain and it was ok one of the best parts is that you can sneak up on people bc the rain covers up the noise you are making

i played while it was snowing one time and the only thing that was bad about it was my goggles fogged up so bad someone snuck up in my blind spot and shot me 8 times in the side from about 7 feet away, jerk.

rain is the ultimate test for true paintballers, are experienced ballas played in any kind of crappy weather at least once
when i went i used my spyder shutter but i didnt have the sense to cover my powerfeed so my balls got all soaked and expanded like crazy
it took all night to finally dry everything
if i wasnt runnin co2 and i didnt have a cold already, i would say it was pretty great

Absolutely not, especially with a Tippmann. But paintballs are sensitive to the elements and may not perform as well as they might have in better conditions.

Rain will mess up an electro gun, but non elecros should be fine, and if u have a revvy tape it.

Wow, this is my first time on this forum. WHITEY IS RIGHT!
Last year I was using my Vl2000 in the rain. Some water got in and...that's why it now says "12v Revvy" in my signature. I hated playing in the rain with my cockers, I'd get water on the bolt and it'd take off some of the oil. Plus..it's wet, duh.

playing PB in the rain blows. the paintballs go everywhere and to add to this your mask will fogg up every time. i live in south florida so its worse because of the humidity.

i play 2 times a week no matter what the weather is like...the rain doesnt do anything to your gun....i see people play with angels and shockers in the rain all the time....to improve your accuracy in the rain...only works if it isnt raining to hard...take the plastic tube your barral came in and cut it in half...then take one of the rubber end pieces and cut a slit in it....now the tube will attach on your berral and keep water out of the berral...

i dont think i'm gonna play with my bushy in the rain unless i have a big a_ss umbrella. I just use a cheapo Spyder One.
