Flash Paintballs?

I posted this awhile ago, but no one answerd...

What makes Flash paintballs "feed faster?" Iv'e pondred about this all day, and I can't think of anyway to make balls feed faster...

The only thing I can think of would be the shell. I heard the first batch of "Flash" wasn't any good. Maybe the problem is taken care of now.
