Lapco Bigshot vs. Dye Excel vs. Cusotm Products barrel

What would u ppl reccogmend for a new barrell for a tippmann model 98 custom? Bigshot, Xcel or custom products? I need to find one so I can play in a local tourney

I would recomend the bigshot, i have the bigshot and two of my friends have the xlcel and the cp, in my opinion it is a better barrel then both of them, its shorter, but still more accurate than both of those 14 inchers

well its pretty much personal preference they are all pretty equal.

My only experience is with the Xcel (and my boomstick). That Xcel is close to as accurate (also need paint/barrel match) as my boomstick. I would find someone who has each, match the paint to the barrel and try them out.

I have played with a friends custom 98 and he has a big shot and it makes the gun totally different. Im glad to see the flatline isnt in your choices:)

yeah i am still trying to decide between the lapco bigshot or the custom products 1 piece, its such a tough decision

i think i will go bigshot though because they will prolly have them in stock by the time i get enough cash to order it ;)
