Well guys I have just about finished this custom gun I have been working on I just need to mount the scope and it will be finshed it used to be a black aci maverick but now its with a custom bottomline setup custom ported the barrel added a raised sight rail and made both the gun barrel and body and tank polished aluminum (chromed out) and it's no longer a pump it's a bolt action and I added a tasco 4x scope man this gun is bad @$$ I hope to have pics to post on here before the end of the weekend it is quite a wicked little gun:)

yeah like a rifle instead of a pump handle you pull back a cocking knob similar to like a side cocking knob on a spyder or tippman except it's not a semi auto... this gun is truely a work of art considering what the standard maverick looks like it is actually sweet looking

How much did it cost you to do all that? It sounds like a really sweet gun!

So all you did was take the pump arm off, correct? That is just like the first pump guns were like before they invented a pump arm. I guess I just don't see the point in taking the pump arm off.

actually the whole fact of the matter was the gun was recieved second hand and it became a project gun because it was in poor condition so I fully restored and revamper the gun I bought it for like 40 bucks (YES I got ripped I was told it was in good condition but the pump arm was missing when infact the cup seal leaked and the pump arm was missing
and needed another screw to secure pump arm and the gun was not ever cleaned or maintained all o-rings needed to be replaced and the gun had some bad scratches on it all external luckily and miscellaneous other things which were promised were not sent with the gun ,hopper, elbow, mask etc.) so I decided to fix the gun up and not take a total loss on the gun it took appx. 12 hours (roughly) to sand the gun body, barrel and 9oz tank (as seen on http://www.docsmachine.com ) down and polish it up to a high luster chrome and the rail sight I had laying around from a stock piranha and I had an asa adapter lying around along with a hose and bottom line adapter. the scope my buddy had on a bb rifle
and he gave it to me with the condition I would repay he favor sometime. So all in all the gun cost me only 40 bucks and 12+ hours in labor but for the way this gun looks I am highly impressed hopefully I will have some pics of the gun tomorrow and I will post them but all in all I took pride in this project and made nothing into something special which came out really impressive I was considering selling his gun but I am having second thoughts I may just keep it....
