how would i post pictures that are not on a webpage somewhere..can i do that?

I have xp so I don't know if it will work for you, but this is what I do:

1. right click picture
2. click properties
3. copy the address (it usually has a .jpg endind it)
4. click on the IMG icon right above where you type in message.
5. paste
6. click ok and you're done

Oh sorry I read your post wrong. You have to save it on a website, but there may be another way...

you have to have a picture that is already on a website, then click the IMG button in reply and putin the url for the picture and it should show up
