Paintballgeek.com's shipping is the worst I have ever seen. I order a couple cases of direct hit paintball and they shipped it in the box that the paintballs are in, and when I opened the box there were so many breaks in the bags, it was pathetic. Usually when better companies ship they put the case of paint into a bigger box that is full of peanuts but these guys jus shipped the little box without any peanuts or anything so I had a bag of liquid when I opened it.

When was this?
Direct Hit ships fedex with padding around each bag.
At least thats what was stated by the fellow that makes the Direct Hit paint.
Still - you can't blaim the paintmaker if the shipping company has a bunch of apes working for them. Direct Hit is good stuff. Just roll the balls left between two towels and you'll be fine. (Then toss them towels into the washed pronto!)

He shouldn't have to do that. If they are being packaged this way, I don't know if I will be getting any. When I order paint, I expect to get every ball I pay for, not a liquidy mess. Most places do surround the box w/ peanuts in a bigger box. Has anyone else had problems w/ Direct Hit's shipping?

It depends on how far you live from the place because sooner or later fedex might fuk up.

i ordered a case and it was covered in bubble wrap with no breaks in it and it only took to days to ship from california to Michigan, maybe your case was just messed up by fedex

I just got my case today, 4 bags of 500, one of them was intact. I did my best to clean off the broken balls, but it was hard because so many balls were broken. And i dont know what this crapp is about direct hit paintballs being able to shoot when there is a break in the bag, because it scrap, the basll were shoting terribly. I havent opened the new bag yet, because theyre all i have to play this weekend. I hope these work, but right now, im not satisifed with my direct hit paintballs.
Ill tell u this though, the paint sure as hell is hard to wipe, specially when u have to wipe off the 1500 paintballs that were covered in the bags.

So I take it they're not lying when they say that the paint breaks easily? =P

Spyder are you talking about the sample you requested or 2000? My sample had no padding, but none of the balls were broken. Where is the paint shipped out of>?

My Direct Hit paint came today... In fact - only an hour ago. The box had two large red FRAGILE stickers on it... that can be good or bad... I know with UPS handlers FRAGILE means "Please Drop me off the side of the building a few times." When I opened my box I found bubble packing covering all sides in there... I checked each bag and found NOT A SINGLE BALL BREAKAGE. NOT A HINT of moisture in there.
Also in the box was a bottle of goggle cleaner/anti-fog spray.
My next case will be Direct Hit as well. Simple as that.

Damn it, my paintballs were packaged too, bubble wrap, all those fragile stickers, but the box had looked like it had been through hell. And i didnt get a free sample of the paint, it was 2000 rounds, but now i only have 500, becasue the other balls were covered in paint, and u cant really clean paintballs too well.
Also, i didnt get my gogle spray, hmmmm.....

Why can't you clean paint? It is easy even with a 100 ball breaks.

You can clean paint. It is just a paint in the butt. The way we clean paint here is we clean them off with some turpentine. and dry them off with towels. Then sell them as seconds. They are fine, just been in turpentine.
If you clean with water, you could possibly swell the paintballs up and increase the bore size.

I just roll them between two towells. It only takes a minute, no big deal.
If the box was mangled you can't blaim Direct Hit paint for the breaks... you should file a claim with Fed Ex. I mean Judas Priest, what do you want PBGeeks to do - put each ball in an egg carton?
Suck it up and take it on the chin - thats how things are. Paintballs are fragile. If you want cheap paint, and you order off the net - this is the chance you take. Chance you take with ANY PAINT. Ive had bags of liquid Marbs before... can happen with any piant. Especially if there is crushing to the box. That means the box got dropped.
If you dont want to risk broken paint - then go freakin buy each 500 round bag from your local shop and stop your crying.
Check this out:
I placed my order thursday afternoon.
I got three emails stating order confirmation at different stages. Then an hour later I got an email from FED EX with an estimated delivery date for today. (And of course it did arrive today) That is freaking AMAZING. Thats something SHOP4PAINTBALL or the other Dot Coms just have not been able to touch. Thats not good customer service... THATS a model of DOING IT RIGHT. Thats what every Dot Com needs to do if they cant offer the same level of support as a local shop. I placed my order and knew exactly what the heck was going on with it. Worry Free. Thats the way to do business.

yeah, i know, shipping is a pain, but i was dissaiponted, becasue i was tryin this paint out for my sponser, and if i liekd it, he would order it. However, without ne really unbroken paintballs, its hard to test them.

Sponsor? Heck If I had a sponsor to buy my paint it would be HELLFIRES every time. Why not order the Lobster if someone else is footing the bill!

Whoever says that its Fed Ex's fault is a F**king retard. Fed Ex doesnt open the box and package it. It is paintballgeeks fault, they dont package it right so it is almost garanteed to have breaks no matter how carful you handle it.
