PmI stock barrel questions!

hi, i recently got a pmi e-force
i have a couple of q's about the stock barrel!

a: whats the best paint to be used in it.

b: i read the stickys at the top but, is there a way to make it smoother so that i wont need to upgrade my barrel!

i dont know the exact brand of paint you'd need but the paint that would work doesnt drop all the way through the barrel and doesnt sit on top
