Cheap Barrel?

Im planning on buying my first gun soon. After researching a lot i found that most people said to upgrade the barrel first because the stock barrel sucks. Thats what i plan on doing. So heres my dilemma: I want a barrel in the 40-60 price range. I was thinking a tear drop, progressive, Xcel, or even a system x but im not sure which one is best. Can you guys help me out?:confused:

CP one peice, or lapco bishots are pretty good.

actually, you dont need to spend more than 60 bucks for a good barrel.
