i was playing paintball saturday and took a pretty hard spill onto my right elbow, almost breaking my arm. however on sunday my neck wouldnt turn to the left. i think its part of the injury. it still wont turn to the left, its just too painful. has anyone had this happen and do ya know any remedies? my dad says i sprained my neck

i think you sprained your neck...... - time fixes sprains pretty quickly - give it a couple days
