Is the lower part on the vforce shield made of a soft rubber like the JT Flex 7 masks? Is it still soft enough to deflect paintballs or are you screwed if a paintball hits that? Same thing with that neck protector thing, is it soft rubber, does paint always break on it?

Hey ry_goody, the lower portion of the Shield is completely hard including the drop down throat guard. If you want to get a flexible rubber lower portion you'll have to get the Morph version.

my friend and team mate got the v force mask and it is some sorta hard i would go for a mask that has the lower rubber like the x-fire mask has!

Do you guys realize just how little of a difference that makes?

Its like saying "Red cars go faster."

Where do you get replacement lenses for the v-force masks? i just ordered a v-force shield and now that i have thought about it, i have never seen a site that sells replacement lenses.
can you help a fellow paintballer out?

what is the difference between the rental version and the normal version? is it just the color or something like that?

i just got the v-force shield (rental version) and i think it is a great mask. only one thing is bothering me a little. because the lenses are "thermal cured lenses" (bs name for anti fog lenses) i am scared that they will fog up on me after a while. the manual even said that after a while the anti fog will run out. help me out!?!?!?!
